Competitive Week 3&4
Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 8:56AM Teams and judges appear to be settling into the new scoring rubric for the year. The kinks seem to be smoothing out in terms of deductions, performance, and the judges time to score each team. While I am not a total fan of the scoring system, it is nice to see the calming of the storm that existed throughout the start of the competitive cheerleading season.
Judging has improved the amount of time required to score a performance from roughly 10 minutes per team to now requiring roughly 5-6 minutes. Whil I never want to rush a judge, thus gaining an inaccurate score, it is nice to see them improve efficiencey to a point of reason.
We are covering the great performances of weeks 3 and 4 with
Alpharetta as the champions of the AAAAA Peachtree Ridge As the champions of the
Division at North Gwinnett and Ken Mtn Coed Division at North Gwinnett
Winder Barrow as the champions of the Mill Creek as the champions of
Coed Division at Ola's Quest For The Best the AAAAA Division at Grayson
